Job Description
We are looking for an Intune Specialist L2 to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a strong understanding of Intune architecture. As an Intune Specialist L2 you will be responsible for integrating MSIX MAC and JAMF knowledge for Intune Integration. You will also be responsible for managing Windows autopilot projects and implementing BYOD solutions.
Moreover you should have experience in PowerShell scripting and Application Data Protection. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are secure and uptodate with the latest security patches.
Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune Setup and Configurations.
Conduct meetings with Global site leads for Intune challenges managing vendors.
Fill the loopholes in the process thus redefining the existing procedure.
Design high level and lowlevel documents.
Handle issues with Intune.
Perform a detailed review of any major incident and follow problem management practices to avoid any recurrence.
Handle issues at L3 level and assist or guide the team for issue resolutions.
Perform routine analysis on compliance policies and proactively check and fix possible incidents on endpoint infra.
Assign Role Based Access controls (RBAC) for different Intune roles.
Create Maintain Update Deploy and Delete CA policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Services.
Strong understanding of Intune architecture.
Experience with MSIX MAC and JAMF knowledge for Intune Integration.
Experience managing Windows autopilot projects.
Experience implementing BYOD solutions.
Experience in PowerShell scripting.
Experience in Application Data Protection.
