Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio along with strong leadership and mentorship abilities. As the Salesforce Omnistudio Developer Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of developers architecting solutions and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers providing guidance support and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce Omnistudio projects.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and other team members to understand project requirements define technical solutions and establish project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Architect scalable maintainable and highperforming Salesforce Omnistudio solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and align with industry best practices and standards.
  
• Design and develop custom Salesforce Omnistudio applications components integrations and automation solutions to address business requirements and enhance user experience.
  
• Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design development testing deployment and ongoing support and maintenance.
  
• Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including QA testers business analysts and system administrators to ensure the reliability stability and quality of developed solutions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies tools and trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Salesforce Omnistudio.
  
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers in a fastpaced Agile environment.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce Lightning Aura Components and Salesforce APIs.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and platform capabilities.
  
• Handson experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX VS Code and Git.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
