Do you follow all the latest developments in technology and gadgets Do you have excellent communication skills in Italian This is your chance to work as a Customer Specialist for one of the Big Streaming channel companies!

Starting date beginning of MAY 2024

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via chat email & calls (small percentage)

Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner

Maintain high customer satisfaction representing a major brand

Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords

Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts

What you will bring:

Fluency in Italian (minimum C1) and Advanced English knowledge

Great communication skills

Prior customer support experience would be an advantage

Strong troubleshooting skills

Conditions on offer:
