Senior Visual Designer

• Leading the creation of visually compelling designs for online platforms encompassing typography infographics motion graphics visual concepts logos icons and other interactive elements.
• Develop the social media look and feel across Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube with the aim of increasing brand awareness driving engagement.
• Curate an exciting consistent alwaysdeveloping stream of content to engage our existing audience and grow our follower base
• Work on pitches our key campaigns alongside our daily content
• Need to have knowledge and experience in the creation of reels encompassing both shooting and designing.
• Possessing a basic understanding of AI tools and seeking to generate content and videos using various AI applications.
• Work alongside Social Media Manager and Strategist to implement a direction for social video and graphic treatments
• Enhance your skills and unleash your creativity by engaging in proactive campaign work.
• Capable of working within a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
• Nurturing a natural curiosity and passion for interactive media and design innovation and skillfully managing multiple projects and tasks.

• 34 years of proven experience in visual design.
• Formal design training with a solid foundation in typography layout and design principles.
• Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A collaborative and adaptable work ethic that promotes a positive and creative team environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with an ability to effectively present ideas and design concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced agency environment while maintaining highquality design output.
