Job Description
Our client is looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart their path to being the largest and mostloved payments company in the world.
About The Team
You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team of people who work in the eCommerce Payment sector. We believe in being part of a team that is open collaborative entrepreneurial passionate and above all fun. Our aim is to WOW the very top set of our most important Tier One Merchants by providing dedicated Implementation support. To achieve this requires agility and an ability to work creatively in an everevolving and diverse payments landscape.
What You Will Be Doing
You provide dedicated Implementation support for the businesses top strategic and most commercially important enterprise customers. To achieve this you work closely with the Customer and Relationship Management team to fully understand the business and deliver their project roadmaps.
- Manage projects from the planning stage through to completion following clear and wellmaintained project plans
- Present project reports and updates to key stakeholders at quarterly business review meetings
- Work creatively with merchants and colleagues to achieve and maintain market leading payment solutions
- Act as an escalation point for the merchants and colleagues working with individuals internally and externally to resolve the incident and put in place measures to prevent reoccurrence
- Become a subject matter expert on eCommerce payment processing and all Gateway products/services. Maintain and share knowledge with the wider team by producing documentation and training sessions where required
- Awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security web/browser technologies mobile technologies etc
- Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for onboarding testing and launch for Tier 1 and 2 strategic merchants
Requirements
What You Bring
Proven background in managing projects & presenting
Experience of working within a technical team/role
Experience in handling complex customer technical integrations
Experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders
Creative and forward thinking with a good aptitude for problem solving
Strategic thinker with strong problem solving / solution design skills
Experience regularly engaging with C level Stakeholders and Clients
Added Bonus If You Have
Knowledge of / experience with Ecommerce platforms payment gateway implementation subscription platforms
Knowledge of at least 1 programming/scripting language. JSON / PHP / .NET / Ruby / Java / HTML / CSS / XML / JavaScript
Knowledge of Database technologies
Experience with reading server logs via SPLUNK
Multilingual multicultural (French German Spanish Italian)
