Sales Representative - Staffing Agency

Were looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role youll identify and qualify leads develop strong relationships with potential clients and ultimately help us grow our business.

What youll be doing:

• Negotiate and close deals
• Coldcalling emailing setting appointments: reaching new clients and schedule meetings between qualified leads.
• Lead generation and qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their specific hiring needs company culture and budget.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with potential clients.
• Hitting Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quotas for qualified leads.

Essential Requirements:

• English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably within the staffing industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with ATS & CRM platforms with a preference for Salesforce or HubSpot.
