Responsibility:• To provide direction and manage procurement activities.• Ensure complete compliance• Minimise cost and maximise output• Ensure all policies are centralised and coordinated• Identify, manage and develop strategies• Develop procurement plans• Attend meetings with vendors• Complete full negotiations• Manage key stakeholders – project teams, client teams, line managers and employees• Develop and deliver procurement plans• At least 5 years experience in procurement or purchasing management• Must have a construction background• Must be degree educated in a relative discipline• Proficiency in MS excel• Good communication & presentation skillsAbout The CompanyHays is the leading global specialist recruiting group.
