DODO is unstoppable! We are a technology and logistics service for ecommerce retail restaurants and fast food and within a few years we have become one of the largest last mile delivery providers in Europe. We currently operate in 6 markets where we work with the largest customers to help them deliver their goods to their customers as quickly as possible so our service must be one step ahead of the rest of the market. We use advanced technologies and develop our own logistics platform GAIA which enables realtime data collection. This allows us to deliver goods faster more efficiently and sustainably.
Tasks
- Monthly controlling of reports to ensure financial data accuracy and completeness
- Collaboration with accounting team on monthly and yearend closing
- Variance trend and other ad hoc business analysis
- Developing and implementing cost control measures to optimize profitability
- Payment controlling and cashflow management
- Working closely with all departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Managing expense reports according to legal and company guidelines
- Contributing to the annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting process
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial controlling or analysis
- Strong analytical problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Minimum of B1 Level German and Fluent in English
