We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager I (Orthopaedic Theatre) in a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.

Responsibilities - The clinical nurse manager will work closely with the CNMII following their guidance and expertise.
- Coordinating and leading a team of dedicated staff members in the seamless implementation and delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Committed to ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.
- The nurse in charge is responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care within their designated area. They are also tasked with effectively managing resources providing leadership to the team and assuming accountability for all nursing activities in their area.
- Must as a role model promote best practices in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide support assistance and facilitation to colleagues to help them achieve specific critical success.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience after registration
- Must have strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery
- Proficient in contemporary theatre practices with a wealth of uptodate knowledge and extensive handson experience.
- Management qualification is preferred or the candidate must be willing to pursue one.
- Possessing a profound understanding of current nursing practices and skills demonstrating excellence in this domain.
