Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified HR professional as a Placement Coordinator for a Hospitality Training Institute who will provide students with field placement contact information. The coordinators serve as liaisons between college facility and students for field placement. You will have to identify the required requirements and assist apprentice participants in the exchange.
Job Responsibilities
- You will have to assist students with interview techniques job referrals and resume writing.
- Determine all required placement requirements and assist all apprentice participants to exchange all information appropriately.
- Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficient working of company.
- Prepare all resumes and conduct interviews with all students and provide assistance to all graduates and review all procedures of placement department.
- Promote all placements of candidates to various prospective hotels through phone email and fax.
- Conduct orientation programs for all new students and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and ensure compliance to college regulations.
- Administer and provide assistance to all annual enrolment processes and prepare placement reports.
- Assist in candidate hiring and screening processes.
- Addressing employee queries on payrolls compensations or any other benefits
Job Requirements
- Graduate / post graduate with specialization in Human Resource.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of HR or Training
- Preferably female with pleasing personality
- Excellent experience in the planning and execution of HR plans
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills.
