Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Supervision:
   

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  
• Review the project indepth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  
• Select tools materials and equipment and track inventory.
  

1. Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
   

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
  

1. Communication and Reporting:
   

• Report project progress and budget matters to clients.
  
• Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
  
• Maintain a daily diary of the job site s operations reporting to management as necessary.
  

1. Problem Solving:
   

• Resolve any problems that may arise due to emergencies delays or other issues.
  

1. Documentation:
   

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  
  

Benefits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or role of similar capacity specifically with PEB projects.
  
• Indepth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment.
  
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Proficiency in site layout grading utility design erosion control regulatory approvals etc.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Leadership ability and a team player.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
  
• PMP or an equivalent certification will be an asset.
