We are currently hiring a Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors answering phone calls and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Tasks

  • Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients guests and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate office activities and events.
  • Adhere to security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferably in a front desk or receptionist capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phone systems and printers.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills may be advantageous).
