Manage overall development and implementation of retail sales strategies and marketing plans to deliver retail sales growth and market share objectives for each of the Commercial product lines (Fuels, LPG, Lubricants, and Specialties)
Benchmark fixed costs and overheads and focus on optimizing cost effectiveness of retail operations
Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures to minimize inventory shrinkages and ensure stock security at sites level.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending strategies for improvement.
