o Engage with technical staff to gather document centralize and communicate to project staff leadership and other stakeholders & customers
o Triage & Attend Progress Update Meetings
o Develop Customer Communications Quarterly Newsletter etc.
o Development of a cohesive documentation framework for knowledge transfer:
Coordinate Technical Documentation Development
Develop Training Documentation / User Manual Development based on training videos
IT System Development Project Management Required 5 Years
Experience coordinating large IT system modernization projects. Highly desired 5 Years
PM experience driving clear action steps that achieve results across multifunctional project teams. Required 8 Years
Experience preparing and presenting oral presentations to groups briefing leadership and stakeholders. Required 5 Years
PM experience managing a high volume of details from a multifunctional team and summarizing for efficiency and effectiveness. Required 5 Years
PM experience monitoring tracking and communicating the status of critical information for decision making and follow up. Required 8 Years
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) required as this role will interface with team members of all levels across the agency. Required
Technical knowledge and experience with development tools/technology like: SQL SSRS APIs DevOps Git Version Control Angular/Web UI Nice to have
Question 1
Candidates MUST be able to get themselves between the Nampa and Boise offices for project related work during this engagement. This is at their own cost using their own vehicle. Please confirm youve discussed this with your candidate and they accept this requirement.
