Senior FullStack Developer

Required Skills Must Haves: Java. React. SQL. Must specifically have experience with TDD (Junit Cucumber Selenium). o Will be working on a React Framework o There is a lot of data flowing through. The front end is visualization of that. Consolidating a decent size data. Some experience with large data sets and convert them to UI screens. o The back end pretty standard Springboot/API s. o TDD: Very comfortable in writing tests and having that mindset that I m going to have to test something. Writing tests in Junit and blackbox testing. Selenium tests cucumber etc. o 50/50 front to back end

The Full Stack Developer will work closely with endusers to deliver a web application for capturing and visualizing Data Lineage. This is a new application to automate data lineage and other metadata. The project innovates a fundamental requirement of data governance how to keep the metadata correct with minimum toil.

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing new applications from the ground up. We are looking for innovative candidates in an emerging field. Responsibilities include contributing across the technology stack from database and the DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment to frontend UI and serverside service development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field

4 years of software development experience

Proficiency in React (preferred) or other UI Framework

Familiarity with backend API interactions (REST) and web servers

Ability to understand and write code documentation that conveys your solution to others

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application for security and responsiveness

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively

Analytical skills and problemsolving

Being a selfstarter quick learner detailoriented

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain understanding of business use case and functionality expectations

Assessing feedback to identify improvement needs

Create specifications from which applications will be written

Code and script applications

Follow coding standards and guidelines and contribute to the standards

Develop automated tests for a continuous delivery environment

Develop technical documentation to assist future support

Complete tasks in a timely and quality manner so that goals and milestones are achieved

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with git version control (e.g. GitHub GitLab)

Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies

Understanding of application performance diagnostics and analytical tools

Knowledge of automated test frameworks

Mock oriented testing with positive and negative testing

Basic Docker experience
