👥 Your role in the team

• Together with your experienced colleagues, you will design, plan and develop customer-centric and value-adding new features for a complete product area of our e-commerce & multichannel platform
• Together with your team, you are responsible for the code and decide on technologies and tools to deliver large-scale applications and operate them on PaaS/SaaS Cloud (AWS).
• Together with your team, you will take responsibility for the entire development cycle within an agile environment, from architectural design to continuous deployments and maintenance. You will be involved everywhere

Qualifications

• You are curious about new technologies, like to venture into unknown territory and think quickly about new topics
• You have very good knowledge of at least one object-oriented or functional programming language - preferably Java or Kotlin - or are interested in familiarizing yourself with our predominantly JVM-based tech stack
• You have existing knowledge of using web-based technologies (e.g. SpringBoot, Rails, Laravel…)
• You are interested in agile work, question, reflect, constantly develop yourself and our projects and enjoy understanding the needs of our customers
• You care about code quality and you know TDD/BDD/DDD

Qualifications

• You already have experience with relational and/or no-SQL databases
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with Docker container technologies
