Job Description: Client Services Lead (branding/design)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead client services team in delivering exceptional branding and design solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring client satisfaction
- Create strategic plans and proposals for client projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide expert guidance on branding and design strategies
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Design Business or related field
- Proven experience in client services within the branding or design industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Desired Experience:
- 612 years of experience in client services specifically in branding and design
- Previous experience leading a team
- Track record of successful project management
