Job Description
Position : BIW Engineer
Experience : 25 years
Industry/Domain : Automotive
Software : CATIA
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis and design of BodyinWhite (BIW) components and systems based on project requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient development and integration of BIW components.
Perform feasibility studies and propose optimal solutions for BIW design and development.
Validate and verify the performance and functionality of BIW components through testing and analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for BIW design and manufacturing.
Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues related to BIW components.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during BIW manufacturing.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in BIW engineering.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2.54 years of experience in Automotive sheet metal design and development.
Proficiency in CATIA software for BIW design and modeling.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
