Senior Performance Test Analyst (JMeter)

Location: Melbourne/Adelaide/Perth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Performance Test Analyst you will be responsible for planning executing and analyzing performance tests to ensure the reliability scalability and efficiency of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans and test cases to evaluate system performance under various load conditions.
• Utilize industrystandard performance testing tools such as JMeter to conduct performance tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers system architects and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during test execution to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Generate detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Participate in performance tuning activities to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance testing methodologies tools and technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Overall 12 years of IT experience with 7 years of experience in performance testing of complex enterprise systems and applications.
• Handson experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies including load testing stress testing and scalability testing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java Python or Groovy for test automation and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester Performance Testing or equivalent are a plus.
