Job Description
Our Client is a leading motor group based in the Hampstead area of North West London they are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager the ideal candidate will be Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
Requirements
Maintain an uptodate knowledge of new or updated parts and ensure parts bulletins lists and catalogues are read and stored
Remain aware of seasonal requirements and of parts needed in the event of a Volkswagen recall or special offer in the Parts Department
Attend training courses to develop jobrelated knowledge
Liaise with Parts Manager to monitor lost sales for inventory control
Processing of daily banking
Control of morning delivery
Monitor the work in progress report
Carry out regular checks on purchase targets
The ideal candidate will
- Proven experience in a Parts advisor role preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
