The exhibition Project Manager jobs responsibilities

The Exhibition briefly Project Managers jobs responsibilities include working with the sales and account management teams at the frontend of projects. Thereafter liaising with the client key stakeholders internal teams and external partners to ensure both client satisfaction and the businesss objectives are achieved.

Duties will include:

• Pricing client projects for the design and delivery of their exhibition & events
  
• Cocoordinating the design production logistics & installation of exhibitions & events
  
• Ordering materials products & services as required to meet the brief
  
• Producing RAMS & Health & Safety documents
  
• Managing clients event organizers & 3rd party facilities / venues
  
• Briefing & managing domestic & international suppliers subcontractors & partners
  

You

So to be considered for this Exhibition and Events Project Managers job youll need:

• Experience of working in an exhibition & / or large scale events project management job
  
• Wellorganised & proactive good attention to detail & excellent communications skills
  
• Commercially focused with a structured approach to project management
  
• Capable of reading technical drawings
  
• The ability to multitask & remain cool under pressure
  
• The right to work in the UK and be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
  

Beneficial but not essential:

• Ability & desire to lead the Project Team in the future
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics & Design Software
