ServiceNow Architect

Responsibilities:

1. Review architectural decisions and reengineer architectures to meet project requirements.
2. Design and implement clientfacing solutions using ServiceNow.
3. Ensure performancecompliant and sustainable solution architecture.
4. Implement and integrate enterprise software applications.
5. Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions recommending costeffective options.
6. Propose data model and design changes with latitude in determining assignment objectives.
7. Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations.
8. Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases upgrades and deployments.
9. Conduct business analysis and gather requirements.
10. Learn technology quickly through instruction and selftraining.
11. Utilize agile methodologies and tools for development.
12. Handson development experience in ServiceNow modules like CSM ITSM ITOM ITAM.
13. Deep understanding of key technologies for ServiceNow integration solutions.
14. Stay updated with emerging technology and ServiceNow roadmap capabilities.
15. Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
16. Strong experience in integrating 3rd party tools using various methods.
17. Experience loading data into SNOW from thirdparty systems.
18. Proficiency in UI scripting UI action UI policy etc. in ServiceNow.
19. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL SAML/SSO.
20. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
21. Handson experience with MID Server integrations.
22. Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery & ITAM modules.
23. Experience in hardware/software asset reconciliation.
24. Experience in installing HAM/SAM Modules.
25. Knowledge of ITIL modules such as Incident Problem Change & Request Fulfillment.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to build customized dashboards and reports based on client requirements.
2. Experience in implementing and customizing CSM Portal Agent Workspace and Service Portal.
3. Preferred knowledge of TSM ITOM Event Management Health Log Analytics Metrics Intelligence modules.
4. Experience in deploying packages across test/production instances.
5. Preferably experience with ATF.
6. Interest in coaching/mentoring junior engineers and delivering assigned tasks.
7. Proficient in slide preparation and presentation skills.
