Since 1999, our employees have been entrusted with helping the business of government work better for our customers. To prepare you for this role, Capitol Bridge provides comprehensive paid training when you start.
Hours of Operations: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have one year of experience in a customer service role with performance metrics.
- Must be proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office products, the Internet, and other systems.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
