Detailed Roles and Responsibilities • Understand and analyze Business requirements and enablepreparation of functional specification. • Translatebusiness requirements into functional and technical requirementDocumentation. • Support Business Team to prepare businesscase and business requirement documentation. • Serve as aliaison between Business & IT teams in embedding functionalrequirements and system specs. • Prepare SIT Test casesand Perform related SIT testing with IT before releasing it for UATwith Business users. • Develop and Review the UAT testscripts with business users. • Execute test scripts withexpected results for the System Integration Test (SIT) and UserAcceptance Test (UAT) Ensure all UAT issues are fixed. Obtain usersignoffs. Prepare release documents. Ensure the system Go Live iscomplete. • Co ordinate and / or conduct the ProductionAcceptance Testing (PAT) with the business users Creates flowdiagrams, structure charts, and other types of system or processrepresentations Manage changes to requirements and baseline througha change control process Utilizes standard processes, design andtesting tools throughout project development life cycle Monitorexecution against project plans, proactively identify risks andreport exceptions, research and problem solve issues. • Perform evaluation on vendor proposals to determine best suitablevendor to implement business requirements. • InitiateVendor engagement. Ensure Vendor contract is in place. EnsureVendor has required details for system development. • Prepare Project Plan, manage and monitor the plan for smoothexecution of project. • Prepare and maintain Budgettracking for the project. • Communicate on regular basisto Project stakeholders on the project updates. • Raiseany risk items with respective stakeholder and ensure either riskis eliminated or risk mitigation is in place. • Involverespective stakeholders for QA review of the application. • Ensure proper project management documentation isfollowed in all phases of the project. • Evaluate vendorproposals to determine best suitable vendor to implement businessrequirements. • Prepare documentation to shortlist vendorsby performing vendor scoring, technical and financial scoring.Ensure proposals cover all stated requirements in RFP. Provideclarification to Admin / Business / Audit on any related item inEvaluation. • Verify if all business requirements arebeing catered in the vendor proposals. • Ensure properapprovals are in place for execution of theproject
