Roles and Responsibility:
- Work on ITSM tool Service Now.
- Daily Operations Solving L2 / L3 level tickets.
- Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution.
- Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and IT policies.
- Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians.
Must Have:
- Must have current & extensive PeopleTools / PeopleSoft Financials Development (PeopleCode) experience in GL/AP/AM/AR/Treasury and Cash Management modules.
- Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Application engine File layouts SQR XML publisher Application packages Component interfaces.
- HandsOn experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft Financials upgrades (PUM) is a big bonus.
- Collaborate with coworkers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
- Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
- Have worked on Fluid development and well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
- Experience with nVision/BI Publisher Reports Required.
- Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.
- Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.
- Heavy handson SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
- Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications.
- Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.
- Hands on experience in developing and testing PTF scripts.
- Experience working with Control M job scheduler to trouble shoot job failures.
- Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE STATS etc.
Good to Have:
- Flexible work timings.
- Participate in daytoday aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog planning review retrospectives and daily standups).
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
