Job Title: PeopleSoft Consultant

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for PeopleSoft applications.
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft applications including setup testing and user training.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations customizations and processes.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT HR and Finance to ensure seamless integration and operation of PeopleSoft systems.
• Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure they are proficient in using PeopleSoft applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft applications.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules such as HCM FSCM or Campus Solutions.
• Experience with PeopleSoft tools and technologies including PeopleTools Application Designer and PeopleCode.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to PeopleSoft applications.
• PeopleSoft certification.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of integration tools and technologies such as Integration Broker or Web Services.
