This is a remote position.
We have an exiting opportunity to be involved in a net new UKG implementation in an enterprise health system environment including HR payroll talent and time management components.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the UKG software implementation project from initiation to completion within a healthcare environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the healthcare systems internal teams and UKGs implementation team.
- Develop and maintain project plans including timelines budgets resources and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with the health systems goals and compliance requirements.
- Report on project progress challenges and outcomes to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in project management preferably with HRIS or healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
