The Enrollment or Compliance Representative provides a variety of support to Brokers assisting with all questions they may have. Performs customer service functions by answering broker requests and questions by telephone email or occasionally in person Performs underwriting tasks for all carriers Review and process paperwork Data entry Maintain high level of accuracy
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards. Must be able to speak listen and communicate clearly verbally and in writing. Stand or sit must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the work day. Walk the person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery etc.
Work Environment: Remote work is required as a part of this job. Access to stable internet and appropriate workspace will be required.
