Job Description

Print and Mail Assistant

We are currently looking for a Print and Mail Assistant for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $20.75.
12month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverables.
Offer backup and peak workload support.
Establish support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site Leads.
Assist in the training of new employees as required.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate any process improvement opportunities identified during the support period to the Site Lead and Manager.
Provide operational support for print mail courier and imaging equipment and operations.
Deliver outstanding customer communications and client service.

What you will need to succeed:

High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of experience delivering customer service.
Experience in service delivery roles.
Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner.
Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings with minimal supervision.
Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in resolving issues and knowing when to escalate them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications such as Adobe Acrobat.
