About the role

In this role you will be part of a very supportive team with indepth knowledge of residential management and the PropTech Industry. You will help design develop and maintain custom business solutions to meet documented business requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Power Platform and associated technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only designing developing and maintaining complex software applications but also for providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Responsibilities

• You will lead client projects meetings and workshops and manage the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions that meet our clients needs.
• Assist developers working on integrations.
• Mentor and be a role model to other members of the team.
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in design and improvement sessions.
• Write and specify user stories and tasks using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Plan and prioritise workload for each quarter and sprint.
• Manage the deployment process across different environments from development to production.
• Create detailed release notes for each deployment.
• Give feedback to other development teams when working with integrations.
• Perform 3 weekly sprint demonstrations to key stakeholders.

You are a senior consultant who excels at engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills allowing you to work effectively within a team and contribute to the success of projects. In addition to your technical expertise you have experience in guiding and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. You thrive in an environment where you can embrace new challenges collaborate closely with team members and deliver highquality software solutions. Youre innovative and capable of thinking outside the box.

Key Skills

• Five or more years of experience in tailoring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Sales and Power Platform.
• Skilled at clarifying and recording business needs.
• Sound understanding of managing sprints and business requirements using Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work with RAID.
• Sound understanding of Agile methodology.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CRM Web Services.
• Experience with integrating with Web Applications.
• Experinece with using Azure Pipelines.

Location

Its a fully remote position. However frequent visits to our London office will be required so you need to be based in the UK.
