Flight Operations Engineer Level II Airbus Boeing

Additional responsibilities are as follows: • Customization of all the manufacturer documentation including but not limited to the Minimum Equipment List (MEL), Flight Crew Operating Manual (FCOM), Flight Crew Training Manual (FCTM), Normal Operating Procedures (NOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Customized Electronic Checklist/OCED/iQRH/eQRH in coordination with the technical pilots and ensuring it is in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and Qatar Airways requirements. • Actively involved in evaluating new aircraft systems and modifications and defining their operational impact in order to have adequate information communication to flight crew and to ensure safe operations. • Manage Technical Projects and monitor service bulletins, engineering orders and airworthiness directives applicable to B777/B787/B737 or A320/330/350/380 Fleets. Qualifications About You The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: • Bachelor of Engineering – Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical or alternatively Electronic Engineering • Flight Operations Engineering experience preferably within an airline operations or manufacturer environment. • Attended the following training courses: • * Airbus and/or Boeing Performance Engineering Course • Airbus and/or Boeing FrameMaker Training • ECAM Customization and/or ECL Customization Course • Airbus and/or Boeing Weight & Balance Training • Airbus FSA and/or Boeing OPT training • Knowledge of aircraft systems, operations, performance and weight and balance. • Excellent IT skills including light programming. • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with project management experience. • Ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
