We are a recruiting for a Business Development Director for a new Christian Camp in South Florida. This position is the key link in serving church groups leadership teams and faithbased organizations representing our Christian Camp as an opportunity to partner to host events and activities.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Director position:
- Develop Outreach Strategies: Craft and implement effective strategies to identify and engage potential church partners.
- Initiate Cold Outreach: Proactively reach out to new churches and ministries introducing them to our camp's mission and offerings.
- Manage Communication: Maintain consistent and persuasive communication with potential partners from initial contact to finalizing bookings.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and sustain strong connections with church leaders understanding their community needs and how our camp can meet them.
- FollowUp Diligently: Ensure continuous engagement with prospects through effective and tenacious followup strategies.
- Coordinate Events: Work closely with our team to ensure the successful organization and hosting of church events at our camp.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor outreach efforts and provide regular updates on progress towards our booking and partnership goals.
Requirements for the Business Development Director position:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability in sales business development or a similar role particularly in lead generation and conversion.
- Skills in Cold Outreach: Adept at initiating conversations with new prospects and maintaining engagement.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to persuade and influence.
- Relationship Building Expertise: Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Understanding of Christian Communities: Familiarity with church dynamics and the Christian faith allowing for meaningful connections with potential church partners.
- SelfMotivation: Independent goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve outreach and booking targets.
