Our B2B programs span from individual coaching to largescale workshops and longterm hybrid programs for all levels of sales talent. We excel at combining effective field practice engaging expertled theory and individual mentorship in every program we deliver.
We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) capable of spearheading our B2B commercial strategy driving sales and managing training delivery teams.
Role Summary
The CGO will be responsible for driving the company s revenue growth by leading the commercial strategy driving B2B sales and ensuring highquality B2B training delivery. This role demands a leader with a strong track record in sales and commercial strategy capable of securing highticket sales and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Yusudi s commercial strategy develop and deliver initiatives that drive revenue growth
Cultivate relationships with key business clients and stakeholders handson on a weekly basis drive direct sales
Lead and manage the B2B sales team to achieve income generation targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract highvalue clients and secure large contracts and identify and leverage new sales techniques technologies and trends to stay ahead of the competition
Oversee the development of proposals for the B2B clients in alignment with the overall commercial strategy
Oversee the delivery of B2B sales training ensuring that the training programs meet client needs and Yusudi quality standards
Collaborate effectively with other departments such as the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
When required contribute to the sales training content development
The CGO s performance will be primarily measured by income generation through the achievement of sales targets and the successful acquisition and retention of highvalue clients.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in sales and commercial roles with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing revenue generation gaps
Prior experience developing sales strategy coaching sales teams and running complex Client Relationship Management (CRM) databases
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with a network of potential clients and partners
Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales strategies with broader company goals
Passionate about the future of education technology and social impact in the employment sector is a plus
