Job Description
Your mission
- Assist in managing the account status of multiple online marketplaces
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
- Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product listings orders and payments
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Account Manager Product Owner and Business Development to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies
- Assist in implementing strategies to optimize product visibility conversion rates and overall sales performance
- Contribute to the development of best practices standard operating procedures and internal tools to streamline marketplace operations
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration or a related field
- Curious proactive and eager to learn
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional team members
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge in Google Workspace Microsoft Office or databases is beneficial
- Prior experience in ecommerce marketplace management or operations is a plus but not required
