Working Student - Marketplaces mfd

Your mission

• Assist in managing the account status of multiple online marketplaces
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
• Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product listings orders and payments
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Account Manager Product Owner and Business Development to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies
• Assist in implementing strategies to optimize product visibility conversion rates and overall sales performance
• Contribute to the development of best practices standard operating procedures and internal tools to streamline marketplace operations

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration or a related field
• Curious proactive and eager to learn
• Good analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional team members
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge in Google Workspace Microsoft Office or databases is beneficial
• Prior experience in ecommerce marketplace management or operations is a plus but not required
