RnD Sr Executive Asst Manager

Job Description:

• Overall responsible for the execution of R&D Projects product and process compliances related to Rice Divisions of the organization.

• Execute the Research projects in liaise with the organization goals along with R&D Manager.
• Define various product and process standards specification BOM yields shelf life etc. and monitor compliances of Rice Products.
• Lead Bench Mark studies and assure market leadership of products. Lead and Execute Process Audit Plans at various units including 3Ps.
• Implement various statutory and regulatory amendments in liaise with QA. Define packaging and labelling requirements especially USPs method of preparations NF etc. for New Products.
• Execute product surveys and optimize product performances. Assist R&D Head and R&D Manager in executing various projects. Review various technological innovations around the globe and keep R&D researches active.
• Follow up with various stake holders like consultants of FSSAI legal meteorology labs statutory bodies and provide necessary recommendations for system upgradations.
• Review KPI of R&D Associates.
• Execute Product Training and Review department expenses and manage budget.

Education: M Tech or B. Tech in any Food Technology/MSc or BSc in Food Science and Technology or MSc or BSc in Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotech

Work Experience: 5 Years in Food Industry
