Our client a world leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment off highway diesel and natural gas engines industrial gas turbines and dieselelectric locomotives among others is HIRING for their global business service in finance domain at their Bangalore office.
Job Duties:
Manage US GAAP Legal entity spread across APAC and other jurisdictions closings related to Direct tax accounts for all the legal entities handled from Bangalore.
Responsible for fairly reflecting current and deferred tax provisions for Low to medium category legal entities. Monthly Reconciliations Preparation of income tax / deferred tax reconciliations with Low to Medium complexity related to balance sheet from LGAAP perspective.
Support in tax schedules
Support in returns to the tax team
Required:
Need strong background from Tax accounting and reporting not only technical tax knowledge
India tax as well as for other regional tax experience will be more preferable
A person who has exp and understanding in Indian GAAP AND US GAAP differences with respect to Tax
Better understanding of monthly and annually Tax computation and necessary tax entry
Better understanding of Deferred Tax Return to Provision related activity and effective tax rate
Better understanding of reconciling Tax related GL Codes on monthly basis.
CA with PQE of 3 to 5 years in Big 4s or MNCs.
Person ready to join within 60 days (Immediate joiner is a big plus)
