Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacologist with an M.D. in Pharmacology to join our team. As a Pharmacologist you will play a crucial role in the development formulation and quality assurance of our dermatological products. You will work closely with our research and development team to create innovative skincare solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify and evaluate active ingredients for skincare formulations.
Develop and optimize formulations for topical skincare products including creams lotions and serums.
Perform stability testing and quality control analysis to ensure product safety and efficacy.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate research findings into marketable products.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and advances in dermatological pharmacology.
Participate in clinical trials and studies to assess product effectiveness and safety.
Provide expert consultation on pharmacological matters to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
M.D. in Pharmacology or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical research and development preferably in dermatology.
Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics drug metabolism and formulation science.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for skincare products.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in clinical research or product commercialization is a plus.
