Solar Project Executive

1. Manage the endtoend execution of solar energy projects including site assessment design procurement installation commissioning and handover.
2. Coordinate project activities with internal departments including engineering procurement construction and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Develop project plans schedules and budgets and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
4. Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients contractors subcontractors suppliers and regulatory authorities to facilitate project coordination and resolve issues.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Manage project documentation including contracts permits drawings specifications and change orders and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders highlighting progress challenges and recommended actions.
8. Monitor project costs expenses and resource utilization and take proactive measures to control costs and optimize project profitability.
9. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines budgetary constraints and quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and address issues.
10. Foster a culture of safety quality and teamwork among project team members promoting collaboration communication and knowledge sharing.

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
2. Proven experience in project management preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
3. Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems equipment and technologies.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.
7. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on delivering highquality results within established timelines and budgets.
8. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements codes and standards governing solar energy projects.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
10. Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
