About the Role: Jr. Engineer I&C Solar Rooftop As a Jr. Engineer Installation & Commissioning (I&C) for Solar Rooftop at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will be responsible for conducting site surveys managing installations and ensuring the commissioning of solar rooftop systems. This role requires technical expertise project management skills and the ability to work within strict timelines. Responsibilities: Site Surveys: Conduct thorough site surveys to assess suitability for solar rooftop installations. I&C Experience: Utilize your experience in various types of I&C of rooftop solar plants to ensure efficient and effective installations. Technical Knowledge: Apply your full technical knowledge of solar plant installation flow to oversee all phases of the installation. Project Management: Adhere to timelines and schedules provided by the Project Manager. Communication: Maintain excellent internal communication with team members and other departments. Time & Team Management: Manage your time effectively and lead the team to achieve project goals. Material Inspection: Inspect materials and manage the storage of components required for installation. Installation & Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning processes to ensure all systems are fully operational. Flexible Working Hours: Be willing to work flexible hours as required by project demands.

Functional Parameters: 1. Site Survey Accuracy: Target: Complete site surveys with 98% accuracy identifying all potential installation issues. 2. Installation Timeliness: Target: Complete 95% of installations within the agreed timelines and schedules. 3. Technical Proficiency: Target: Demonstrate full technical knowledge in 100% of installations ensuring all steps follow the correct flow

4. Project Timeline Adherence: Target: Adhere to project timelines and schedules given by the Project Manager in 100% of projects. 5. Internal Communication: Target: Maintain effective communication with team members with zero communication breakdowns reported. 6. Team Leadership: Target: Manage and lead the installation team effectively with 90% team satisfaction and minimal turnover. 7. Material Inspection and Management: Target: Inspect materials and manage storage with 100% accuracy ensuring no shortages or delays. 8. Installation Quality: Target: Achieve a defectfree installation rate of 98% through rigorous quality checks. 9. Commissioning Efficiency: Target: Ensure 100% of systems are fully operational and meet performance criteria within 48 hours of installation. 10. Flexible Hours Adaptation: Target: Successfully adapt to flexible working hours ensuring no delays due to scheduling
