Responsibilities
Leadership and Innovation: Lead a diverse team of editors graphic designers copywriters production houses and voiceover artists championing a culture of innovation collaboration and high performance.
- Strategic AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and integration of cuttingedge generative AI tools across all stages of content creation to increase efficiency creativity and impact.
- Content Excellence: Oversee the production of diverse advertising formats shortform content reels longform videos etc. ensuring they engage Telugu and Kannada speaking audiences effectively and authentically.
- Quality and Speed: Guarantee the highest standards of quality for all content while also emphasizing the need for swift execution to meet the fastpaced demands of social media campaigning.
- Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of social media and technological trends particularly in generative AI to continuously optimize content production processes and campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Expertise in Gen AI: Exceptional knowledge and handson experience with the latest generative AI tools and technologies is crucial.
- Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of leveraging these tools to significantly enhance content creation efficiency and quality.
- Language Mastery: Fluency in Telugu and Kannada with an ability to understand and incorporate cultural nuances in content strategy and execution.
- Creative and Strategic Leadership: At least 5 years of leadership experience in communications or advertising with a Bachelor s degree in Communications Marketing or a related field.
- Digital Savvy: A robust background in digital marketing social media campaign management and an innovative mindset focused on leveraging AI for creative solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills adept at leading crossfunctional teams and working with stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
