Our client is a leading multinational with HQ in Dubai looking to hire the Chief of Staff based in Dubai.
Youll play a critical role in providing strategic and operational support to the organizations executive leadership. Youll act as a key advisor to the CEO facilitating communication and coordination across various departments and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and drive organizational priorities.
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across the leadership team and various departments.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Lead and manage special projects and crossfunctional teams as assigned by the CEO.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders representing the organizations interests.
- Provide mentorship coaching and guidance to junior staff members.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate the executive calendar meetings and travel arrangements.
- Participate in highlevel meetings and discussions contributing to decisionmaking processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to make recommendations for strategic improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven 12experience in a senior leadership role within a fastpaced and dynamic organization.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a focus on driving results.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future needs and opportunities.
- Experience in managing and developing highperforming teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business software.

- Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles is a plus.
