Job Description :

1.Preparation for client running and final bill.

2. Preparation for contractor running and final bill.

3. Preparation of BBS

4. Preparation Indent & MCLR

5. Tracking of all the bills & reports

6. Verify the specifications mentioned in the tender for all materials and contracts.

7. Get the quantity survey done with the site teams to verify physical execution of the project and compliance to BOQ.

8. Prepare the cost estimate and submit the same to Project Manager for approval.

9. Submit the approved cost estimates to the client for certification and get it certified from client.

10. As per work requirements for preparing BOQs from time to time for upcoming project

Job Purpose:

To ensure appropriate and accurate bills are raised to the client for speedy recovery. To Ensure Accurate Running & Final bill prepared for the contractor. To prepare BOQ for the NT items. To cross check BOQ quantity given by structural engineer and as per drawing. Ensure accuracy in bills to avoid overpayments and cost overruns. To raise indent as per specification.
