Our client an ecommerce technology company are looking to take on an Executive Assistant NYSC Only (2024 Batch).
Provide administrative support to executives including calendar management scheduling meetings and arranging travel itineraries.
Assist in preparing documents presentations and reports for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence emails and phone calls.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with other team members on special projects and assignments as needed.
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems both physically and electronically.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in Business Administration Management or related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
