- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from customers regarding services.
- Leading Scoping calls with customer to gather requirement and document it in CRM.
- Assist sales representatives with order processing including order entry tracking and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics finance and marketing to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales proposals quotes and presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in information technology (Preferred) Computer Science (Preferred) business administration or related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales operations business analysis or related role.
- At least 2year experience in working for a SAAS based software servicesbased company either in implementation or sales operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.
