Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to oversee our operations in India. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of our remote office ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of software development processes with SAAS products.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead and manage a team of software engineers business analysts designers quality assurances and other professionals at our Surat India office as well as remote employees in India fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Provide mentorship coaching and support to team members helping them achieve their full potential.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations set clear objectives and provide feedback to facilitate professional growth.

2. Operations Oversight and Project Execution:

    • Oversee daytoday operations of the office and remote employees ensuring adherence to project timelines quality standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management engineering design quality assurance operations marketing and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure continued compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
    • Manage organization budget and expenses.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of the companys strategic initiatives with a focus on achieving business objectives in the Indian and Global markets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define the remote offices goals priorities and resource allocation strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication between the remote office and headquarters ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of open communication transparency and collaboration among team members locally and globally.
    • Facilitate regular meetings updates and knowledgesharing sessions to keep the team informed and engaged.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the remote office.
    • Analyze data generate reports and present findings to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and ensure continuous improvement.

6. Talent Acquisition and Development:

    • Manage and collaborate with the HR team to attract onboard and retain top talent for the remote office.
    • Participate in the recruitment process including interviewing candidates and evaluating their technical and cultural fit.
    • Support team members professional development and career growth through training programs skillbuilding initiatives and career path planning.

Requirements

  • Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience of 10 years in a leadership role within a product based software development organization with a track record of success in managing remote teams.
  • Experience in the Learning Management System (LMS) industry or HRIS SAAS productrelated field is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies tools and technologies with experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members across geographically distributed locations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving performance innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a multinational company or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and travel occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the LMS SaaS product and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to define target audience, value proposition, and competitive positioning. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product differentiation. Generate compelling and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, case studies, and sales collateral. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using data and analytics tools to optimize conversions and ROI. Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and other stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices and apply them to the marketing strategy. Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and report on results to senior management. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Capabilities: 5+ years of experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, etc.) Understanding of SaaS product marketing and experience collaborating with product teams to identify features and benefits, user personas, and customer pain points. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data from marketing campaigns to improve conversions and ROI. Excellent communication and writing skills to create compelling copy for marketing materials, websites, social media, and email campaigns. Ability to set and achieve measurable marketing goals and tight deadlines. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
