1. Content Moderation: Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s guidelines and values. Take appropriate action on content that violates policies, including editing, deleting, or escalating.
2. Engagement and Response: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a manner that is consistent with the brand’s voice and guidelines. Provide prompt and helpful responses to questions and concerns.
3. Community Building: Implement strategies to foster a positive and engaged community. Encourage participation, interaction, and discussion among community members.
4. Feedback and Insights: Collect and report community feedback, trends, and insights to the Communication Manager and the Digital team. Suggest content, campaigns, or strategies based on community sentiment and behavior.
