Recruiting Services Analyst with Slovak

Responsibilities:

• Posting adverts and managing advert response monitoring success of advert and working with leads to suggest and make changes where required;
• Reviewing and screening applications to ensure steady pipeline of prequalified talent suitable for the role is provided to Recruitment colleagues;
• Ability to direct source passive candidates to supplement pipelines (where required) and ensure quality shortlists presented;
• Proactively engages with sourcing colleagues where specialised strategic sourcing or talent prioritisation is required;
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through rapport building timely and meaningful communication;
• Is a skilled interviewer able to understand and represent candidate skills and motivations to influence outcomes and act as a talent advocate.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
• Able to work successfully with both pace and accuracy to deliver prequalified talent pipelines for a range of roles;
• Builds effective relationships with candidate stakeholders and colleagues;
• Ideally familiar with sourcing tools HR and candidate management systems;
• Experience sourcing or screening talent would be highly advantageous;
• Experience with MS Excel and PPT;
• Growth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learning;
• Fluency in English and Slovak.
