Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth. As a Key Account Executive you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic sales plans identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts serving as the main point of contact for all businessrelated matters.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key clients and provide them with customized solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek out new potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and sales contracts to key clients showcasing the value and benefits of our products or services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback and insights to the management team to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns and maintain a high level of customer retention.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance account status and market trends and present them to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive and customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.

Skills:

  • 23 years of experience in FMCG in the Sultan Center preferably.
  • Holding a University Degree.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Arab nationalities are preferable.
  • Datadriven characteristic and energetic.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office programs skills.
