Job Summary
- Manage relationships with the referrals
- Help grow revenue and referral marketing activity
- Research and source new referrals opportunities and partners
- Deliver monthly progress and activity reports for all referrals and partners
- Assist the Department Manager in managing the referral and partnership budget
- Stay up to date with the latest referral marketing trends
- Collaborate with the creative teams to create marketing material
- Work with the Department Manager to deploy and optimize campaigns through the different marketing channels
- Keep referrals up to date with the latest company news
- Work with the Department Manager to forecast ROI and activity for all referral partners both new and existing
- Promote the referral channel and opportunity across the industry
- Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the referrals channels and partnerships
Skills
- At least one year of experience within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of referral platforms and programmes
- Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes
- Passion for referral marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presenting and reporting
- Strong people and partnership management skills
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- A good understanding of the whole marketing mix
- A good working knowledge of the latest referral marketing trends
