Youll work closely with our creative team to deliver designs that are not only visually stunning but also strategically aligned with our clients goals.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead graphic design projects ensuring they meet client objectives and House of Watts standards of excellence.
• Develop and execute design concepts for branding marketing collateral digital campaigns web and mobile interfaces and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team including designers copywriters and project managers to produce cohesive and innovative design solutions.
• Present and justify concepts to stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and techniques incorporating them into projects and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior designers providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
